Self-Service Portal

a) Who is this portal for?

This site is for software developers from the client or third-party entities who want to integrate SABB Bank APIs into their applications. It provides access to comprehensive technical documentation, sandbox facilities, and support from our team of experts to get you up and running. The portal also provides dummy data to test the open banking use cases as per the KSA standards

b) Which market does this portal serve?

SABB Bank portal support Saudi Arabia market

c) Why do I need to register?

You need to register and log in to access the technical documentation and sandbox facilities.

d) How can I register to the Sandbox portal?

  1. Go to the Self-Service Portal Login : Self-Service

  2. Enter your Organization Name (this MUST be unique) and the other details.

Once you have successfully registered, you will be able to access and download:

  1. Your Client Profile
  2. Your Signing Certificate
  3. Your Transport Key and Certificate

You should save these locally on your PC for the next step to test the APIs using the Postman tool.

Production Access

a) How can a TPP request access to the production environment?

Once the sandbox integration is completed, the TPP needs to share the results and place a request for production access.

b) Are LG APIs ready for consumption?

Please refer to the developer portal for the list of APIs published.
